WE GUARANTEE THE LABOR we performed FOR A PERIOD OF (14) FOURTEEN DAYS. We guarantee that the PARTS installed by Seller will perform satisfactorily under conditions of normal usage FOR A PERIOD OF (30) THIRTY DAYS AFTER INSTALLATION ONLY. SELLER'S LIABILITY, IF ANY, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE NET SALES PRICE RECEIVED BY THE SELLER and, after 30 days from installation, any remedy will need to be directed to the Buyers Homeowners, Building Owners, or Renters own insurance policy. Any return trips that are not the fault of seller will result in a minimum return trip charge of $100.00. Any items returned will be subject to a 50% restocking fee
